This needs to be unique to the database and short (you'll need it every time you login). It needs to be alphanumeric and is case-sensitive but underscores are allowed - these will be rendered as spaces (e.g. 'john_smith' will appear as 'John Smith' on www.trailquest.co.uk pages).
